Romans 1:15
So, as much as is in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you who are in Rome also.
With all of his being, Paul was eager to preach the gospel to the Romans. He was ready, prepared and willing to tell them the good news about Jesus dying for their sin. How eager, ready, prepared, and willing are we to tell people they can have life through Jesus? Are we always ready to speak to people God has prepared and brought into our life? Can God trust us with people He wants to save from their sin?
Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15, NIV)
